Personalised workouts based on your goals, equipment accessibility and available time. These training blocks are done over 6 weeks to ensure progression, periodisation and recovery. Training can be built on 2-5 workouts per week. All training is done through a personalised app which tracks your progression, provides videos for technique and allows messaging direct to me.
